“Your burden will be lifted from you if you let us. Just ask and we can raise your vibration to it’s highest possible frequency. In so doing, the heaviness of the past will remain there! Ask us often to help you to keep your vibration at this level. If you feel heaviness dragging you down, fear not. You can at any stage choose to let go.
“You don’t realise that you have a choice. You feel the heaviness is weighing you down and you can’t escape, but you can always choose to let go. It may sound as if we are simplifying this, but it really is that simple. It is you who complicates life, and in this complication you exist in a false reality. Reality is uncomplicated, love is uncomplicated.
“Choose love above all else. Choose again, and again and again. Keep choosing love and you let love guide you. It knows the way! If ever you feel lost, use the internal guidance which love offers. It is always there for you. Love never leaves you, it cannot leave you or anyone else. That spark always remains inside you, no matter how dim the glow, and each time you choose love, the glow brightens. There are those of you who are shining like stars right now in the light of love. Choose to shine bright Beloved Ones.”
