“In the past you have felt disappointed or doubtful, this is because you held fear in your heart. Let it go now. We will take it from you if you allow it. Are you ready to release? Take a deep breath in and breathe out. We are standing before you, holding our hands open to receive the energy of fear that no longer serves you. Breathe it all out.
“As you let go, we encapsulate the fear in love and transmute it into light.
“It can be this simple to let go. And it is done.
“Go now in the direction of your dreams, they are open and waiting for you.
“Walk in the light and no longer let fear hold you back. You have too much importance to be held captive by the fear in your mind.
“Go now and live your life to the fullest. We embrace you, we love you, we call you forward to be all that you can be.”
