“You are not dying, you are transforming into something bigger, something brighter.
“It feels overwhelming at times but we ask you to trust the process.
“Your old fear reaction is trying to keep you safe but there is nothing to fear.
“You’re experiencing what we call an upleveling. Don’t fight it. Let it be. The positive outcome is around the corner.
“Relax, safe in the knowledge that you are safe, held in the arms of love. Let go.
“We know you want to have a sense of control but there is nothing to control. Allow yourself to ease into the flow and go where it takes you.
“Surrender your fears to us, we will take them from you.
“Lean on love. Call it forth. Believe in its limitless power to surge through your very being and to brighten up the darkness inside you.
“Lead with love. Assume it. Be it. Express it in everything you think, say and do.”
