“It’s all about you. It’s always been about, and for you. Everything.
“Your life is for you, for your benefit, for your enjoyment.
“You forget to enjoy your life. You believe that it will get better in the future. The future never arrives, so you are always wishing for some imaginary time when everything will “fall into place.”
“The only time you have is now. The only place you can find enjoyment is now.
“Yes, there are parts of your life that you wish to improve. Yes, there are parts of your life that don’t feel so good… but there are also parts of your life that are wanted, that do feel good. Focus on these aspects and find the joy in the now.
“Eventually you will also learn to find joy in the unwanted, and you come to know yourself on greater levels through this constant contrast that life provides.
“When you can sit with the “unwanted” and find the joy, you have discovered that everything is for your benefit.
“So many of you spend so much energy trying to escape the unwanted that you fail to find the joy, the gift within. Every unwanted situation holds a gift for you. Something you can learn from, grow through, triumph over.
“When you receive these gifts willingly, accept them and use them, your life becomes great. When you run away, resist and fight the unwanted you take only suffering from the situation. You bring this suffering with you, you hold onto it and let it consume you.
“Search for the gift Dearest One. It’s all happening for you. We love you.”
