I’m chatting with Aisling Fitzgibbon, a holistic nutrition coach, corporate speaker and author.
During our conversation Aisling shares about her battle with depression and how she faced her fears and finally came off Anti depressants after years taking them for years. She talks about the “dark night of the soul” that ensued and despite being at her lowest point, knowing she couldn’t go back to how things were. I loved hearing her insights, especially how the darkness lifted, the role nutrition played and the unfoldment of her spiritual journey, despite being a skeptic!
We also talked about her campaign to purify Irish water and stop fluoride being added to our drinking water and the significance of this. Some of the points that are made are so important.
Aisling also speaks openly about her mother, the supportive role she played and how she has been such a positive influence in her life.
You’ll also hear about the divine synchronicities she experienced and how the people she most needed appeared in her life at just the right time and the significant role they have played.
I could have spoken with Aisling for a few hours, I was so enthralled with her story and her energy. I highly recommend tuning into this episode to hear what she has to say.
