“There is a reason why you self-sabotage, part of you believes you are unworthy. You have been brought up believing you are bold, stupid, useless and you have believed this to be true. How can someone who is all these things succeed in life? They can’t.
“When you heal the part of you which believes you are broken, you will start to believe in yourself. When you truly believe in yourself you will stop the self-sabotage, and you will finally start to succeed in life. You will pick only the options which are for your highest benefit. Until now, you have been selecting only that which is appropriate for a “naughty” child. How could that child deserve happiness and fulfillment? Of course you wouldn’t let it.
“Know now that you are not that child, you are perfect, you always have been and always will be. You are deserving of success and all the joys of life. It’s time to reclaim your power and step into the purpose of your life, without the guilt, shame and without feeling undeserving.
“Your parents were not to blame for treating you this way, it was all they knew. Of course you all have the option to change at any time, but most of you are just following the pack. Do not shift your guilt and blame from yourself onto others. They all had their part to play but nobody is without “blame.”
“Complete forgiveness will set you free. Forgiveness breaks the ties that bind and opens up new possibilities. Forgiveness brings you the relief you seek and lifts your burdens. Forgiveness is all you want and all you need. Forgive yourself now. Forgive everyone who has ever “wronged” you, and you will know joy.”
